Franchise
Continue evolving the front office experience by building deeper, more immersive, and challenging systems shaped by community feedback. My primary concern is the lack of year to year saves. Not sure what that feature was removed when it previously existed.
A secondary desire would me more than a generic boilerplate answer when I submit feedback on the official forum with attached videos of gameplay. I still don't know why the CPU outfield depth in some cases doesn't match the power of the batter at the plate. There is something wrong under the hood and it wouldn't take more than a minute or two to explain it.
I'm enjoying this year's game. I didn't buy last year's game because I didn't want to dump my franchise and start over from scratch. Hopefully they can restore that feature.

Agree! I would buy the new game EVERY year but don’t wanna waste all the time I put into franchise. I went from 2020 all the way to 2023 because I was in love with my franchise and having a great time. I don’t sim, I actually play.

"shaped by community feedback." Are you sure about that SDS? I pre-ordered MLB The Show when it came to Xbox for the first two seasons even though I had GamePass because I WANTED baseball on the Xbox. When I couldn't get online franchise, I stopped. Would pre-order in an instant if you added it back, but I guess there isn't enough "feedback" asking for it.

I'd love a year-to-year save for franchise seasons, but also supproting features like the rosters and players in the vault, and maybe even a special vault for created teams the same way logos and created stadiums are available forever in the Vault.
For Franchise Mode, they need to address some of the supporting tools with certain things as follows:
Stadiums Creator needs bullpens off the fields and options for retractable roofs or domes.
Uniform Creator needs to offer the 'Screen' option for player names and numbers. They have this for the team logos/brand, but not player names and numbers to the point that, in night games, the colors don't match and can never be matched unless selecting to have the team logo/brand to be shiny, which makes it dark and does not match the rest of the uniform.
Fixing these sort of supporting tools help get users like myself immersed better into the game.

The frustrating thing about year to year saves is it used to be in the game. They already have the code for it.

Outlier quirks for pitchers need to be generated for highly touted draft prospects. We should also be able to have players develop quirks over time based on performance and attributes. This is huge
