Weekend Classic - pack question

I played my 2nd game and won. My opponent quit shortly after I hit a HR. I got the "Opponent Quit" message. About 2 seconds later, my game crashed. I don't think I've ever had the game crash since moving to Xbox 3 years ago.
I rebooted, and when I checked the "Weekend Classic" menu, and the check mark is under the "2 wins" pack for 2 Weekend Classic Rewinds (I'm in Silver 1. Don't judge).
But... I never received my packs.
Has this happened to you?
Follow up... I won my 3rd game and the packs showed up for the 2nd and 3rd win.
