Need XP? PXP? Hitting Stats?

Go revisit the Lefty Long Ball Mini Seasons! Now one can easily stack a full lineup of 100+/100+ CONR/POWR and 100+ CLT and hit against silver and below pitchers.
My current lineup is Carlos Beltran (117/105), Chase Utley (118/104), Kyle Schwarber (116/125), Ethan Holliday (116/122), Cal Raleigh (124/125), Ted Williams (125/125), David Justice (101/111), Gunnar Henderson (113/117), Nick Kurtz (125/125), and a stacked bench that I don't use.
One game (at home in Coors) I scored 38 runs (in only two offensive innings) with 23 homeruns, 34 extra base hits, and a total of 38 hits.
https://mlb25.theshow.com/games/1563928834?platform=psn&username=dap1234567890Another game, 25 runs, 16 homeruns, 18 extra base hits, and 25 total hits.
https://mlb25.theshow.com/games/1572519244?platform=psn&username=dap1234567890Another game, 28 runs, 21 homeruns, 22 extra base hits, 29 hits.
https://mlb25.theshow.com/games/1574870962?platform=psn&username=dap1234567890Three Mini Seasons games, eight offensive innings...91 runs, 62 homeruns, 74 extra base hits, 92 total hits. You can't do that in a single 9-inning vs CPU game!
XP, PXP, and hitting stats are getting racked up quick!
The downside is that you are also pitching with silvers and the control is bad!

That's a good idea thanks. Always looking for something to grind
-
@sbchamps17_NSW I was looking for something different to do, and this came to mind. Lots of packs too since the HR and Hits missions are repeatable.

Even better because I need stubs for Ohtani then LS is done
-
@sbchamps17_NSW 20 pack bundle with a gold+ topper and the deluxe choice pack. I'm racking those up and collecting stubs!
Hope you get those stubs quick and get all the good cards that will come with Ohtani! Even better would be if you would be able to save those stubs and still collect all those cards with some luck!

Wouldnt draft map be far better for stubs?
And you get to use real pitchers as well as righties. -

I've just been repeating the draft conquest map, pulled Willits twice, kept him the first time because I love switch hitters and finally bought Candelario when I pulled him again. Now I only need Guerrero Jr and Schwarber from Pipeline Past and i'll have Ted Williams.
Might try out the mini seasons.

@samguenther1987_PSN You might also just enjoy something different as well. I hope you get those cards quick!

@Teak2112_MLBTS I don't know. I'm about 10 games into the Mini Season and I have gotten two (maybe three) 20 pack bundles each included a gold topper and two deluxe choice packs. I enjoy hitting off the silver and bronze pitchers, playing at Coors and Liechtenstein. Seoul is also pretty easy to hit homeruns in as it is a pretty small field. Plus, I don't have to spend time with the hexagons. I think it is just a different way to play the game and get packs and stubs. Either way works.

I played mini seasons a lot the prior years, but I don't enjoy HR centric gameplay so the moonshot just doesnt appeal to me, and none of the others have repeatable rewards worth doing.
But I realize I am in the minority and that most people want to hit .600 with base 99 p5 players when playing offline. Not that i dont enjoy the two games at Lichtenstein as a change of pace though.
But for my style of play that 100 hits probably takes 18-20ish games.
I feel the championship rewards need an update badly. Give the 15 packs/1 ballin for making the post season, and a premier choice pack for the championship. Thats 5 hours of gameplay to get to that point, make it matter.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS I think this is my first time repeating a Mini Season and understand why you think the rewards aren't worth repeating. I also see how one gets rewards quicker in Conquest as more enticing.

Its just one of the many things they have done to make the game feel less rewarding than prior years.
The draft conquest though is the best repeatable conquest we have had in recent years, by far. Still pales in comparison to cheesing through DQ with a bunt team.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS I don't remember what the last DQ map I did! I'd rather just wait a week or so and grab the cards off the market when a lot of people run through it a bunch of times and the cards come down.
