All Star packs in Deluxe, Premier and Ultra packs?

Am I correct to say when they leave the store on Tuesday, the All Star packs will be in Deluxe, Premier and Ultra packs?
idk why they don't just put them in but I guess all about stubs

They haven’t done that for me in the past, I’ll try to hold some this time around and see -
Yeah, I’m pretty sure it’s when you OPEN them, not when you ACQUIRE them. I could be wrong.
