Anyone know how much Xp = 1 program star?

Been doing a few home run derby’s and have been gaining stars but it varies each time wonder if anyone knew the exact conversion

2000 XP for 1 Star

I completed one of the live series 30 players which results in 3000xp and didnt move 1 star. I turned it off and checked this morning, still at the same program stars, so now I dont have any clue how many get you a star.
