For some reason my sliders don’t save everytime I load back into one of my players. I play this mode to have fun and hit nukes lol. I just want the pitchers to throw strikes and that’s it. But all of my players that are in the MLB always get pitches out the zone even when I have the strike frequency on max.

I think the way the pitchers pitch is tied to difficulty. It's in the in-game strategy guide thing how the pitching difficulties work from AA-AAA-MLB. This isn't accurate and from memory, but like 'beginner' is something like only two primary pitches used and 60% strikes or something. Rookie difficulty is where the pitchers start to pitch "realistically," using their entire pitch mix and painting corners/edges and all that.

Actually, Beginner is always the pitchers "Fastball" and no other pitch. Beginner is also the only mode where you're guaranteed to have the pitch always in the Strike Zone.
