Haha yup! The most ridiculous thing ive ever seen. Whatever happened to the pitcher getting knocked out too? That used to happen at one time right?

I hate the pitcher wall. I drilled a ball 114 EV off the pitchers face/jaw the other day. Knocked him drunkly to the ground where he flopped around like a fish until the cut scene. Next pitch he’s still there, and I have one out because it went straight to third. I’m okay with getting thrown out on that sort of play, but shouldn’t the pitcher at least lose some stamina or confidence? If that happened in real life he’d have his jaw wired shut. In the show he comes back strong.

And somehow all the CPU defenders know this is going to happen as the ball comes off the bat as they react to where the ball is going to go after the deflection before it hits the pitcher (instead of going to go in the direction of where the ball was hit towards prior to the ball hitting the pitcher).
