Annoying lag outs

When are we going to fix the lag out problem? My internet is not an issue at all but I’ve “lost connection” 3 games in a row. Year after year this is an issue and my rating falls by the hundreds because the game decides to just stop working.
At some point hopefully we can figure out how to not penalize the player for something out of our control. Makes me not want to play this game anymore.
