With the current 2x PXP it is very easy to have a pitcher earn over 1000 XP in one game. I have done this twice now with pitchers who had 0 XP but after earning 1200 XP they show to have only gained +1 attribute point and have the green “I” on their cards. Is this a known bug?

I don’t understand anything you’re saying, but if you cross a threshold during a game, the PXP stops cumulating until the next game. So if you’re at 450 before the game, you will go green and stop at 500. Everything else is wasted.

Because of this, if it's a Play vs. CPU, do you typically only play part of the game?

Like I've noticed this so I often end games after the 5th inning or so. The bad part is I would rather play full 9 inning games since it makes it feel more like actual BASEBALL.

@dbub_PSN I almost never play vs CPU; almost exclusively Conquest, MS, or MP.

Yeah my life is PxP and paralleling players as fast as possible so I unfortunately do play vs CPU a lot.

I have no idea what the other replies are incorrectly talking about but you can only gain 1 parallel level in a single game regardless of how many thresholds you pass in that game. The additional PXP counts but you won’t go up the second parallel level until that player is used in another game.

So 450 -> 1050 in a single game would pass both P1 (500) and P2 (1000) but you would only get P1 from that game. You’d trigger the P2 after another game played.

It’s not a bug. It’s just how it works.
