So a month ago I started doing this and basically knew what pitch was coming before it was pitched....basically whenever hitters stride started would be earlier if a fast pitch was coming and it would start later in the windup if a slow pitch was coming.

With some pitchers it was really easy to read and others not as much.

I saw a Frosty video where he didn't think tempo was really nerfed but he has pretty much perfect pci placement always and doesn't swing at anything outside the zone so I don't know.

I've done some of these missions and tried to replay fastballs and replay curveballs to compare my hitter strides and where the pitcher is in their windup....I'm not seeing a difference like I was before the update and I can't really pickup the length of the leg kick remaining in the air very well which I guess is another timing option.

Is their confirmation on this tempo deal or am I just not seeing it anymore?

I'll watch that tonight. I watched a jmils video post patch that was showing the leg kick going up a little higher but I wasnt seeing that as clearly as pre-patch

I just watched his video and that seems to be how it worked before the update. I feel like post update the hitters load is starting at the same time now whether fastball or curveball.
