Overlooked by SDS on the Hanley card

...the batting stance.
This same card was in The Show 17 and was a huge fan favorite. That card had a different stance and swing than the card released yesterday. The stance they chose to use is the same stance from his Marlins SS card from last year. That’s the incorrect stance for this cardIf you go into the batting stance list, there are two Hanley stances, one for his early years and one for his later years. The later years has the classic Hanley follow thru home run animation. I think they may have given the new card the wrong stance by accident
Please correct the stance SDS!

Judging by their activity on these forums you’re best bet is to file a bug report and hope for the best.

Good call, I did that just now. Hopefully they make the correction. The homerun animation is awesome and we need to have it. If they don’t make the switch I’m gonna take Feller I guess.

The stance he had in The Show 17 wasn't spot on either. They didn't have multiple stances back then. The two in this year's game are his most recent stance and the 2009 stance. They chose not to have 3 for him I guess.
I did try to see if Hanley's stance from 2017 was still in the game for my CAP but it doesn't appear it is.

SDS is starting to get lazy. NO dreds on Hanley, same with Turner and a lot of other small things they have changed since last year. Now that they gonna get the xbox and pc gamers, they must not care much since they gonna be selling double what they do now, and all the extra cash for DLC. They own the MLB rights for the next what 10+ years. They can produce a mediocre game from now on and ppl will still buy it since it's the only MLB game on the market.

Agreed. Something seems off

Actually they are tracking some "opinions" on the forums. Notice RPs and CPs no longer drop their gloves when coming into a game? But yes, always worth a shot filing a report.

The most recent stance looks close if not the same. That is the one I believe they should use instead of the “2009” stance.
