Sword Conquest Bug

I have finished the whole conquest board and I am down to the final game against the pirates. I have beaten them twice now and yet everytime I beat them I lose a point for my attacking unit? How can I win but yet the team is still alive on the board, and I lose a point?

Close the game/app and re-open it whenever a map doesn’t update properly.
