Game freeze while adjusting line up

Been playing a lot today but my game has frozen for the 3rd time right now while adjusting my lineup. Not sure if an issue has been addressed or not. This hasn’t happens in previous years so I’m just curious to why something so simple as swapping guys in and out causes the game to freeze.

Because SDS doesn't care enough to fix the issues with the game.
