Took me like 35 tries for 1st inning but did the 2nd inning on first try down 11-15 vs giles. Sure is a good feeling

Wow, 35. It took me 12. I did 2nd inning on my first try.
I was terrible, failed 5 blue missions so I had to go into final boss down 7-15. But I drew Giles and not Feller, so I was able to drain him of energy and beat him. It was funny, I got to 14-15 with like 6 outs, runner on 2nd so I said to myself a bomb will win it, but then realized that I hadn't even hit a HR yet, then on cue Trumbo with a no doubter.
Glad that's over with, I'll not have to play Showdown again until 3rd inning.

I just made a post about this a half hour ago. Down 9. I get three hits and 11 strikeouts and beat feller. Then pull arenado in the gold pack

I just went into the boss showdown down 15-4 and lost 15-15. I hate everything about showdown.
For 70 stars they basically force us to play it too if we want the inning boss quick.
I just want to play ranked. These showdowns shouldn’t be worth 70 stars. I hate them.

I beat Giles 18-15 after coming in 7-15 and still had 14 outs remaining. 2 pitch pitchers are something else

Lol Nah I just hate it when because someone isn't good at something and can't achieve it but THEY REALLY WANT to get to the Boss fast...so they deem the thing not worth 70 stars and it shouldn't be worth that much...
I digress. I am stoked that the showdowns are 70 stars also got a load of XP some packs yes Showdown is awesome.

Pretend it’s not there then. Otherwise you will have even more offline players complaining they can’t get to 300 stars and there’s nothing for them to do but play conquest 15 times.

100% agree with you here... I can't stand showdowns. Especially for 70☆
