Step backward in 25

I have been playing the show now for 12+ years and enjoy the game. I primarily am a franchise game mode player.
This year the mode took a step backwards in realism and contract mechanics.
The exit of player / club options and payment load back load or front has made the mode feel as though it is 2010.
Please bring these features back into the game as well as make it possible to turn off the new signing function that does not allow you to sign many lower level guys until much later and unrealistically deep into the off season.
Please improve trade realism and add trade approval to the mode so you can prevent unrealistic trades going through.
NBA 2k allows u to toggle control of any and all franchises which helps maintain close proximity to realness. Also, would love a start today function that helps start new save files when we a few months in and makes the stats accurate.

Love the game just disappointed the franchise mode took such a step back.

I agree the club options and backload/frontloading would be nice to have back. Not sure what you mean about not signing lower level players. Anybody outside of top 150 FAs can be signed immediately in offseason.I agree trade logic still needs work, so until that is corrected it would be nice to have a commissioner mode that would require approval on all trades.
