Ranked Forfeit

I was up 4-0 like 7th inning and I quickly went to change my pitcher once a guy was on third and second base and my game automatically forfeited thinking the guy I played quit. Come to find out, I somehow lost my ranked game. I never once went into settings to forfeit. Has anyone else had this glitch or issue? Just sucks because this was my second game on and now my record is 1-1
