What I love about the game so far

So much negativity about the game. It’s like people are trying to find every “problem” with it or create a problem when it doesn’t exist. Is it perfect? Far from it at this point but future patches should alleviate some of the blatant issues (ahem, freezing in the roster menu). That said, I absolutely love this game. It just feels good offline. With the power creep, I can really fine tune my gameplay, do a better job accessing which hitters and pitchers I like better to get me stoked for their better versions later this year, and it just plays like baseball versus home run derby.
I don’t like DQ yet, but I love they added it and look forward to seeing how it evolves. Plenty of conquest maps to grind PXP and get some cards. The “evolution” player programs returning is great. So many ways to play and grind with great XP rewards. I mean, we’re a week in and I already have Manny? That’s pretty cool and he’s not so OP that he renders my other cards useless.
The game looks and feels great. We weren’t going to get a huge graphics update this year, but they did a nice job of giving it a fresh coat of wax. Looking forward to the graphics jump next year hopefully.
What do you like about the game so far?

I'm excited to see the Evolution cards get better. I'm a little Meh on the Allen and Abreau cards right now. Actually liked using the Silver Allen more than the diamond. I just don't like the feeling of doing all that work to get that Fully Upgraded card and being like, I don't even want to use this.

It’s good for collections though so keep acquiring them!
