Small but very significant change - Not sure what SDS was thinking
-
Every other year that I've played when your batter is up and you press R2 you could see their stats for the year including OPS, HR, RBI etc.
For some inexplicable reason SDS removed this. Now their BA is all you can see. Very annoying.
If it's to improve online play, well great! Then just remove it from online modes and leave it alone for offline!
-
Im with you. I thought it was a bug. Also you cant access rp like the past which is pain.
-
There seems to be a problem with the R2 every year. An even bigger issue im having is the fact that when i finish a game and tab over to program progress, it shows literally every tier of every program in the game. You have to scroll past all the My Legacy programs (100 hits, 500 hits, 1000 hits etc) to get to the program you're working on.

Did they take out the L2 homerun replay as well?
-
I was actually bothered by this last night as well and figured I might have a setting wrong to display the stats but I did enjoy seeing the HR, RBIs, etc with my players.

You can still replay homeruns the same way.
-
So.....have you checked R2 lately?
What SDS was thinking....actually is quite awesome.
I am in the 99th percentile for avg and 96th percentile for OPS with Big Dumper, but in the 4th percentile with Bobby Abreau somehow

For those wondering, when you hold R2 now it shows the % you are in for avg/ops/hr/ri among other players (offline at least, not sure about online)
I was 9-12 with Raleigh, who was only there because none of the silver TAs were catchers.
-
@Teak2112_MLBTS I noticed this this morning and I think it’s a really cool addition.
-
I could be wrong here but wasn't up on the D pad the short cut to bring up menu to easily replace a pitcher? That brought up some hitting stats window for me.

its now right for bullpen, left for substitution

What? I'll have to check that out. Still don't know why they can't just show the stats the old way though.

I still don't see what you're seeing. R2 gives attributes only. I don't see stats or percentages.

Its weird, last conquest game didnt have it, but yesterday it did.
They obviously have new code with the percentiles, might be a bit wonky at the start I guess
Give it a few days and youll probably have the stats back -

@Easy_Duhz_It__PSN I couldn’t agree with you more. Get the legacy information out of there. Too much to look at.

They said those were gonna be more passive programs, i wish they kept to that. I dont need to see that i have 32 out 1000 homeruns. Just let me get my stats and forget about it til i unlock something.
