Equipment, awards and player progress etc

Can you guys add equipment sponsors to the game to make it more realistic? Make contracts actually mean something through available equipment or items you can buy to build you player like regular clothes etc. Also, more frequent access to your agent is necessary when you want and not just them.
Please use the awards ceremonies back into the game, like if you win the MVP award, silver slugger or gold glove, you should be able to get the award presented to you like you did in the show '16 on the field. Bring this back!!!!
Use USA baseball as a goal to be able to play ONLY if your player is a top round prospect. Use it as a showcase series for like two games against two different usa teams...red and navy. This could increase your draft stock and be a great bonus feature with the college, combine and high school modes newly available.
