User adjusted captain boosts

Would this idea be feasible without being abused? For example SDS still dictates who the captain is, and what the theme for said captain is, but they allow the user to decide what attributes they boost at each tier, and how much.

No SDS should continue with how the boosts are working because if they allow you to pick what it boosts it wouldn't be fair to everyone who uses that Captain

I can see what you mean but that would defeat the purpose of using specific captains I think.
I am wanting to see quirks come from captains. Next game needs more quirks, captains, variations in boosts, and possibly a coach captain system or a system that doesn't eat up your overall avg and lineup.
