Franchise Mode Updates for 2025

Franchise could use some updates and polish.
First off, based on the announcement, it sounds like an offseason component is being added which is awesome. It would be cool if instead of spring training or the start of the season having the option to start directly after the World Series with the default rosters. Then fighting to sign free agents, trade for players, and make other decisions BEFORE the start of the 2025 season in MLB the show 25.
Secondly, this can be in general but adding team celebrations for the things like home runs(ie trident celebration for Mariners). Could be for the whole experience.
Third, mini highlights presentation that is 100% optional to watch and social media posts from around the league so you can get updates on what's going on with trades, signings, promotions, demotions, injuries etc. Would make the immersion better

Rebranding needs to be expanded to all 30 teams after the World Series ends, vice just the team you are GM for. There is really no reason in the world against this given Franchise is a versus CPU game mode. Right now, you can only change a stadium for any of the 30 teams, and ironically, that impacts game results when uniforms don't at all.
Trades also need to allow for more than three players to be transacted in a single trade, and trades should also be allowed for multiple teams. I mean trades among three or even four teams happens rather often and so it should be in the game, and certainly, teams often trade one veteran player for four or five prospects.
Finally, the All Star game should be allowed to be played in any stadium the player has, meaning if a stadium is assigned to a team, and that team's time comes up for the All Star game, then the game should be played in the stadium assigned to that team in the player's GM configurations for the league.

We play Franchise Mode from the GM's Desk, How great would it be to have annual meetings with the owner to discuss goals, wants and wishes from them. How cool would it be to have the owner chime in with a quarter, mid and stretch goal updates based on how the season has or is unfolding.
What about perks such as additional years on your deal, more budget flexibility, the ability to trade your comp balance pick. Dive into the international scouting / signing period. Have access to hold meetings with your coaching staff about things you want driven home or prioritized during a certain part of the season and have them offer their view points on if that's attainable and or counter it etc.
Highly doubt any of this will ever happen, But a long time player can dream.

Maaaan I just want to be able to import my '24 franchise into '25. Otherwise not buying it. Put to much time into it to start over

It would be rather simple for SDS to allow for this as well. Just add the 30 team brandings that are already assigned to a file to have those files uploaded to the vault, and you can then download them and assign them to the teams in the next version of the game as you please.
A more comprehensive method would be to have an option in setting up Franchise in a new title to have a menu option whereby the customer could direct it to search for a previous title and upload all the settings in Franchise to the new title.

The player celebrations… I swear when they showed the reveal trailer for ‘24 it had Elly wearing the horns after a home run in the dugout and I swear there was the trident for the mariners too. I play fast play so I just figured I never see the cut scenes. Did the celebrations never make it to the game?

They first should fix the trades. And FA signings done by cpu cause their is no logic in it at all
