Offseason Starting Point

Has anybody ever suggested / heard from SDS/SIE that they'd consider making the start of the off-season a starting point? For so many of us that love to play Franchise mode, the off-season is actually our #1 opportunity to impact our rosters, so I know it'd be of interest. Plus, it could incentivize a second surge of sales around this time of year, so it'd be advantageous from that perspective as well.

That would be a nice option, Immediately having that opportunity to do what we love most about the mode would be nice.
