Satchel Paige relief pitcher

Why haven’t we ever gotten a Satchel Paige Cleveland or Baltimore Relief pitcher? Or a New York Giants Hank Thompson?

I'd like an Andy Cooper RP/CP card considering he is the all-time career saves leader in the NNL (it's only 29, but still). I'd guess that he'd probably get more widespread use as a lefty out of the bullpen as opposed to a starter too.
