there is a card from headliners pack 17 that i want. will those be made available again at some point soon since the game seems to be coming to its final stretch ?

Usually they do end up bundling old packs in the store and spamming the bundles as rewards. S4 would be the most obvious ideal opportunity for that

Had you done that, they would have rereleased him twenty times since.

they will all come down in price in season 4, wait until then.
I really wish they would give options for past headliners/vault/etc now that seasons only matter for ranked
