Question for H2H players

When you feel like playing a game, let's say Event or BR, how long does it take for you to select tour picture?

And I assume most players know that you can set your lineup BEFORE you enter a game.

I've been trying to play the current Event and I've had to back out 9 our of 10 times, at either the picture select screen or rhe roster screen, because it has taken my opponent more than 10 secs to pick their pitcher or finalize their lineup.

I know right away. However if my opponent is making multiple changes to their lineup I will let them get ready and then back out. Because I think it's funny.
