Roster question

When you are on your roster page and click to make a sub you see all the cards you have to replace them right? My question is, is the order they are in made based on the best cards being first? So if I have a bunch of 99s in a row, is the first one available the best option?
Also, when you go to “my inventory” and see the list of cards available, is that too the best card in that set starting at the top left? Because I notice that often changes.

First question: yes (it is set for primary positions … you can then switch to secondary and/or out-of-position players)
Second question: hm … yes. It lists the best cards on their overall value (99 before 98s and so on)
Third: No … If you have multiple 99s it is up to you which you choose. There is seldomly a clearcut best card
Fourth: see, second answer. Additonally: I think it is kinda random with the newer cards being on the first page (if the card value is the same) -
Descending Order based on Rank..."Best Card" is subjective.
