Can anyone explain this?
You’re batting over .300 for the season, and you’re on a hot .400 streak, yet your manager says he’s disappointed in your performance. Like WTF?!?!?

Indeed, the game code is wonky in this regard, no question there. Every once in a while the code has the manager simply say you are doing extremely well, but too often it shows outstanding performance numbers and acts as if you're average at best.
