Jeter Castillo Captain Combo

So idk if I'm missing something or what but it seems that's it's not possible to get T3/T3 Jeter Castillo combo.
Is there other combos that are bottlenecked this way? I feel like you should be able to cap both captains if you have the inventory. Doesn't feel right that you can't utilize their maximum potential.
Maybe that's how it was with Santana boost but I never saw that many in my games and I haven't tried it before myself. Just seems weird that you have a T3 captain but if you have another captain it could very quickly interfere with maximum boost potential.I don't think there is such thing as a Live Series captain so I don't think it's possible to 9/9 captains and 19/19 live series.

- Jeter T3 is 9/9 and Castillo T3 is 19/19. I have T3 Jeter and 18/19 T3 Castillo. There is a one card difference for the boost. I have Jeter T2 with 8/9 and Castillo T3 19/19. 19+8 is 27. I am aware of the 26 player roster. The missing difference is either a 27th player or a live series captain.
You cannot max out some of the captain boosts when having them together, unfortunately.
