So hopefully some at sony sees this and gets a brain. Because I'm never playing the show again until seasons or whatever this is called goes away I have no idea how these people working on the show thought it was a good idea to get rid of everyones hard work. The point of dd for me was make the best team i could. Then competeing and having fun, but getting the best and new players isnt the fun part the part is hitting bombs with them and winning games so until they get a brain and fix this stupid idea then im not even touching the game.
This is by far the worst video game change/idea that i have ever seen or heard of.
Also if you agree you have to not play because if you do play then they wont change anything because your still giving them money so to fix their idea we cant play until seasons is gone.
This is the dumbest thing the show could have ever done i feel like.

As intentional as I have been with spending, I’m really regretting the $80 I spent on the game (bought a $100 PS gift card at Costco for $80)
And then stupid PS+… this is my first year playing on PS5. Played PS4 previously and somehow never had to pay for PS+. Or someone else was paying for it, but I surely wasn’t.

@Dr-Buzzard12_XBL At least they added more wildcards this year. 1 last year was absolutely stupid.

I don't want to stop playing necessarily because I do love many of the cool features and parts of gameplay. That said, it pisses me off as well and I wouldn't be surprised if I stopped altogether but I refuse to play solo ranked. I don't have the same time or money to offer like other hardcore players here so when I earn a card and like it I expect to keep it and use it however I see fit. SDS doesn't seem it that way.

Sds, have you ever heard of the saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it" I used to play this game so much. And this year I haven't touched it. It's crazy. Look at your comment sections on all your post. Please do away with this system. It sucks! You want people to have more diverse lineups? Here's an idea. Drop more cards more often. More sick cards. Maybe get more legends so you can do so if need be.. this whole seasons [censored] sucks. And then you do drop sick cards its with 2 weeks left in a season. I mean wth are we doing here. (Yeah but u get wild cards) 1 wild card. And then for wild card 2 & 3 you can earn those right when the season is going to end. This has to be a joke.
I think you can do it like last year. Instead let us use 3 wild cards from the jump, without having to earn them.
Idk who thought playing with 89 cards would be fun In mid June but please stop.
It just feels like grinding is all for not this year.. and then if you don't have time to grind forget about it. You have no chance.. at least before seasons, once u had a team u liked. It was your choice to stop grinding and finally just play. If you were content with the team u had.. and then if u wanted to grind for a specific card you could. But you always had your team to just play with. Ppl barely have time to play online ranked because they're too busy grinding and trying to keep up.. this is a shame man.
Something that was so great. So many of my friends used to play DD. And now we're just tired of this new system. It's not great at all. Decent idea. But not executed properly.
There's no way more people are playing now then before seasons/sets came out. Just looking at the comments this is impossible.

They don't care about that. They care about profit. They are purposely making the game less user friendly (aka less free stuff) in an attempt to get players to buy stubs.
