I don't see the doing a Fresh Faces program right away; as majority of those out now are S1 cards.
I could see a London Series pack and associated program where you can earn other cards and a Non-Sellable choice pack at the end. Like the Spring Breakout program.

I like it so far. Remember, it's a slow build. These cards a little better than some LS cards.
You're technically supposed to build your team from the ground up.
Use LS with the Castillo boost to unlock your first TA card and then replace each position as you unlock it.
