Gallo's PCI isn't that big I know that for a FACT. He's got 26 vision and i promise its not going to be that big.

LMAO That proves you've never played showdown before. When you get perks they tell you what they do, and they don't relate to PCI at ALL. They relate to contact boost, speed, and pitching. They do nothing to your PCI.
