jumping against the foul net for catch

has anyone ever done this? where it looks like the ball could be caught but really it's 4 rows up.. just had the cpu do it in a showdown

Yeah happens in PVP too. Most of the time the red or blue targeting location shows up on the edge of the stands but it's no where in reach.

right, I've had the animation for years, just never have I seen anyone actually make that play. it's never close when it happens to me as a fielder, almost glitched. I usually end up jumping straight up and down without an action mive.

@BLAISEBLAISE I think it just does it as a normal part of the ball trajectory regardless of wether it's catchable or not. I don't know if wind is a factor in the game like elevation or rain but that is the only reason I can see the ball ever coming back in to play.
