Missing packs

Is it common to have show packs disappear? I’ve had two different times where I’ve went to open regular show packs and there gone. First time was 25 second time was only 5. Messaged support and they said there was nothing they could do to help lol even tho I have screen recordings

I've had it tell me I have packs but I don't. I think in my case it is behind on telling me about packs I have already earned and opened. That was happening in 23 and I just eventually ignored it as they likely won't get it fixed like your situation.
