So I'm playing the Whales in the TA mini seasons and I noticed that they have the Willie Mays card on their team so why can't I use mine then? I feel like we should all be able to use the same cards as the CPU. Same thing with the satchel Paige and George Brett cards we can't use them but the CPU can

Eh, it was a tongue in cheek thing that made more sense early on. The Whales bought their way to the best team. It gives them a theme to go with the other 6 teams being division teams
