AI is way way too aggressive when it comes to my created players

Why is the AI so hell bent on taking every created/edited player off my team and FYI they are only 19 yrs old all of them.
The AI constantly takes my created/edited players and replace them with crappy players but the crappy players that are already on my team never gets touched at all the AI just straight ignore them and go for my created/edited players in year two of my franchise who ever created aggressive AIs in games like this needs to have his or her head examined cause I'm not going to be able to continue anything in franchise mode if this continues it's like the AI is forcing me to use crappy players.

Again with this? It's been explained ad nauseam. Play Super Mega Baseball if you don't want MLB rules enforced.
This is FRANCHISE in a MLB LICENSED game. What is it you don't get?
Also, turn all the front office options to manual, that should help... maybe.

I created/edited everyone on my team with friends and family every player edited after the limit of created players was reached all 18 yrs old the team in question is the Seattle Mariners and all it's farm teams as well the issue doesn't hit until after the first season the AI gets really aggressive after season one and during season two via rule 5 and waivers when waivers shouldn't be hitting at all until what 2 to 3 years later I just don't like crappy players on my team as far as I see it in real life my mariners are just plain crappy as heck I doubt it I like many mariners fans will never ever see a mariners world series ever.

If you would actually read my post all my players that are created/edited are all 18 yrs old and all 99 the AI is way too aggressive to early in the game yes I get the rule 5 but the waivers shouldn't even hit until Year 3 or 4 of the franchise not the very next season cause of the age of the players.

Bro really again with the sarcasm? Does anyone around read the post and actually understand smdh if anyone would actually did what I did with their teams like created players and or edit them up to 99 overall and actually do franchise mode you would see what I am seeing but I doubt players like yourself will ever do what I do cause obviously online playing is way more important.

@TR71777 It's because those players weren't DRAFTED, they're FA. Doesn't matter what their age is. They do not follow the same rules as drafted players.
Edit to add: started playing this game when it was 989; played exclusively franchise and RTTS until 2019. Most old-timers are in the same boat: started as offline players in these modes.
Now if the logical explanation is not the one you want, well, tough.
