Logo Vault

OK I'm going to try this again, I literally have no logo's in my vault on the game so I'm stuck with the default logo that comes with your team in DD, can anyone explain how to get logo's into the vault? Can't look up any logo's in there it's just empty and I find that weird considering I've had no problems with the vault in the last 2 games (22&23)

Not sure what the issue would be. I have been to the vault a few time this year without issue. It was a cesspool of inappropriate images but I was able to go there.
As far as I know you don't have to upload your logo to the vault. I use roughly the same one (one provided by SDS) every year and this year modified it and I never needed to upload it. I believe it just saves on the console.

he is right , just create your logo , then when it asks do you want to save click yes , it will create a file , then when you want to use the logo on a different uniform or helmet click "load" then choose the file once listed , far as i know they still do not have a means to save all of it to next years game which they need to do

No your not understanding my logo Vault, roster vault everything is completely empty. I've never had to create a logo before

@sbchamps17 you are right , sorry , i do not , it must have something to do with a part of the game i do not play

Oh well I sent in a support ticket to SDS but we all know that it won't be answered or it will be answered but they will try to blame it on me again

I just lost all my logos the other day in game but the vault seems good on my end. It's actually gotten better as the season has moved along.

Are you only trying to do this via the switch? Do you have it on PS or XBox?

No I only play on Nintendo switch and never had any problems with 22 or 23 with the vault

Is anyone else having this problem where you have nothing in your vault what so ever or am I the only one
