what does it take to capture the Yankee stronghold in TA CH3 Conquest?

Just beat them twice and still didn't give me the dub. Had to save the capture to make sure I selected the stronghold and and sure enough I did - both times.
How is this [censored] still in the game? Bad enough we get almost no xp for playing, they're making me do it multiple times just to get credit for the W.

When I've had that happen in the past closing the game and logging back in would give me the stronghold.
