Diamond Dynasty Tutorial

My buddy bought the game, has PlayStation plus. But for whatever reason when he loads up diamond dynasty it won’t let him complete the tutorial. It says it can’t load and there is an error. But it lets him play online everywhere else in the game. It even lets him play co-op diamond dynasty when I invite him.
