Since it is just a random player and not even a fantasy pack what happens when you get a duplicate player in the no sell season award packs? Can you quick sell?

I think only on the screen where you get the card and it shows you can quick sell it for x amount. If you wait for it get in your inventory then I don't think you can do anything with it.

I sold Skenes I could not sell the card I got in the pack

You can use them for TA exchanges too. Or quick sell.
