Jeter Storylines Glitch

Hello, I seem to have a glitch in the Jeter Storyline where I’m not getting the Pettitte, Rivera, and Posada cards. I did the little sidecar moments to get them, and it says complete next to it, but when I go into my Diamond Dynasty inventory, it says I don’t have them. Anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it? One weird note to mention is that every time I complete one of the sidecar moments for those three, it automatically takes me to the Jeter moment 2 in ‘96 to hit an XBH.
