It's totally your or your opponents connection, the game doesn't just freeze by itself so complaining to SDS isn't gonna help

You just need to suck it up and say that it's your connection or your opponents connection, xfinity is definitely known to lose connection alot lately

No it's obviously not if your game keeps freezing, just turn it off and boot up a new one or better yet don't play ranked if your internet connection is that bad
