What are the best relief pitcher attributes (H/9, K/9, HR/9, PCLT, etc.) this year (preferably ranked)? And how much do these attributes affect online hitting?

I believe h/9 effect PCI size, hr/9 are irrelevant, i am not sure about k/9 and no clue about pclt

H/9 and K/9 affect PCI size, so those are important. SDS claims that BB/9 matters, but in my experience I've found that it doesn't matter at all. Pitches will go wherever they [censored] well please. HR/9 does not matter at all. Pitching clutch gives a slight boost to H/9 and K/9 (hence smaller PCI) when runners are in scoring position. That one is somewhat important, but not super necessary IMO.
Most important IMO is pitch selection and motion. Taylor Rogers for example has a hard sinker and 2 great off speed pitches (slider and curve), and his release is kinda funky. Despite being an 81 gold, I don't see him leaving my bullpen for the forseeable future. On the other hand, Kirby Yates has some of the best per 9s among live series relievers, but he's pretty easy to pick up and doesn't throw hard enough to be effective. Or maybe I just suck with him

Love that Taylor Rodgers card

for me, Control; Break is a distant 2nd! I need relievers to "paint the black". Yates' Splitter is great strike out pitch!

So if I want my created player to be a closer, which focus should I chose for the 88 overall diamond card?

Velocity is probably the best route.
