RTTS Glitching at end of series

Is anyone else having the issue where at the conclusion of a series in RTTS the game glitches and you are only shown the field, without the option to get to a menu or quit to the clubhouse? The sound is still playing and the crowd is still animated, but you're stuck there, unable to get back to the clubhouse save point.
This has happened to me twice in the last week, I played a 3 game series (both times with some good offensive numbers) and because it has glitched before a save point I have to go back and re-play those series (and I usually end up playing worse because I'm frustrated at lost progress).
Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes, it has happened to me several times. All I could do was go to the Home Screen and close the game, just like you, which caused me to have to start series over. I even waited over 10 minutes a couple time, it just locks up

Happening to me alot. Quit the game, start the series over. Good times. Plenty of other bugs as well with rtts. More of the same, unfortunately.

Happened to me just now. Hit 2 homers that game. Pretty disappointing

i posted about this as well. I thought it was an issue with extra innings but i believe it just happens at random times. super disappointing especially one time when i moved my BA up about .030 and then i had to replay it and i didn't change my average at all. i played like [censored] but i shouldn't have had to replay it at all so it was very frustrating.

I’m thinking there might be some kind of issue with auto save causing this. This happened to me and then my file corrupted. So a video I saw on YouTube said to turn auto save off and backup your file to the cloud
