90 overall pack in TA

I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else but I just unlocked my first Seoul/spring breakout pack where I can choose a pack that features the 90 overall rare round player but I didn’t get the rare round. The way it is worded makes it seem like I should be guaranteed the rare round. Any reason that I got the base round? Is this happening for anyone else?

It's with a chance at the rare round it's not guaranteed

When I triangle to view the packs it says
" Choose 1 former choice pack(spring breakout 01,spring breakout 02,or Seoul series) featuring 90ovr rare round player items"
Nvm, it doesn't say guaranteed rare round, but the wording kinda does lead you to believe that if you don't read it carefully. -
I agree I thought it was guaranteed rare round too but I got the normal round instead
