Where is the offline exp?

My understanding was the intent for gameplay experience ot matter less and programs to matter more, and that it would start slow and ramp up.

3250 per TA = 19500
ZERO for mini seasons since there isnt a new one
ZERO for TA conquest (and slashed the maps from 3 to 1)
1776 for Phillies conquest
4000 for Season's Pack Excuses

Thats not even 2 days worth of xp cap

Only thing thats ramping up is player frustration. I dont even care all that much about that track and I am disappointed
