Why do people let me mercy rule them?
-
Well now we know you don't let anyone mercy rule you.
Not everyone quits games, some people believe they can come back. Some players are playing for innings, some are just grinding xp. Some might be using pitchers for program missions, team affinity, PXP.
Etc. Etc.
-
Like these dudes online let me strike them out every time and then move their outfielders away, how is that fun grinding that [censored] out that way
-
@iSmokeReggie904 How is playing at Shield Woods Park fun?
-
You literally just play the game normal?
-
Like I want to play a Normal online game but they don’t even play, they run away from the ball and it should be a ground out.
-
Are you on Xbox? Those are bots. You’re playing a bot when that happens.
-
For me it depends on my situation…If I’m grinding innings & stats for program progress then I will play until they mercy me. If I’ve already hit the 15k for the day and am not actively grinding and say I’m down 9-1 in the 7th then sure I’ll intentionally walk in a few runs to save my bullpen.
-
@IrishFist412 why not just quit? Just curious
-
Weird flex
-
@chucky97___ Because I have noticed I lose less ranking points if I get mercied vs when I quit.
-
@iSmokeReggie904 Those are Bot accounts on the Xbox. I run into at least 1 a day.
-
I went 68-0 last year and haven’t lost this year. More than happy to play you bud
-
I never run into bots
-
I had one player deliberately go down 10 to 0. Then tried to come back. Like he was doing a personal challenge. I won like 15-7 or something.
