Market Glitch or someone hacking?

Currently if you go on the companion app marketplace and search up tyler wells and you try to put in a buy order for the highest sell now bid it doesnt go though and it says “your price is less than quick sale value” but its not the qs value is 600 my bid is 225. But someone else ordered 169 of em and the transactions are going through on completed orders tab. Is someone hacking the system so no one else can bid against them?

He is an 81 ovr which is a 600 qs. there was one player that had a position change and a +5 to ovr cause of it, I only glanced but it must have been him.
All those orders in the 200s were from before the update. -
@PAinPA but people are still buying him for 214 and selling him for 615 but it wont let me put in a bid under 600 makes no sense

It's because the orders don't clear after the upgrade,ppl put in those 200s orders when he was silver, no one can put an order in for less than 600 now.if someone does a sell now it does the highest order which are the 200s ones( dumb on their part cause they could quicksell for 600)
