My bad -- I stand corrected, it DID work. Thank you very much for the suggestion. I think what happened the first time I tried it is I didn't log out of both the game and PS accounts first. Once I did, the option you mentioned appeared and I chose it. Then I went back to the console, signed out, signed back in, and now the info is there. Good call!

After relinking your account, exit the MLB app on your console home screen and then start it up again. Should work after doing so.

I need help because when I log on from my PlayStation on the mlb website it says that I am logged out. I don’t see anything where it shows my real team. I need help my man

Im nervous to do anything here. I logged into the show, but it won’t send me a confirmation email. Clicked resend multiple times. When i click the baseball it says:
Access is denied due to invalid user token.
Im so afraid to click ‘link’ by the PS icon…. -
I've never had an MLBTS account yet I lost all my things as well should I make one then try to link it? Idk what to do my daily doubles are gone as well which is from the pre order this is so dumb I have 88 hrs in this game theres always an issue with SDS if they don't fix this I better get my money back

Didn't work for me either. I was opening a pack at the time and (believe it or not) pulled live series Ohtani. Went to out him into the squad and screen froze. Logged back into game and everything gone. 150 hours in. most programmes complete, live series collections almost done. Everything gone. Gutted.

Did not work for me also on Ps5 but i alos could never access the store on website all year. Was and is getting access denied, credentials error

I have already tried to reset my MLB the show account password numerous amount of times and it’s still not working. I spent my whole spring break on this game I am distraught. I can’t use none of the cards that I grind it for.

I feel for all this happened too -- just checked mine and SO FAR knock on wood it's fine . However let's get to the real issue -- SDS
What happened to you guys this year I mean really -- sure there will always be bugs and such in games but this year has been the worst launch in terms of bugs and other stuff in the game NOT server issues like what happened 2 maybe 3 years ago ish IF i recall correctly. I mean who is testing this stuff before it's released to the paying player I mean right now I think you brought in like 3 to 5 players let them sit in a room with game for hour maybe two. Then whatever they found would be fixed and then you declared -- IT"S READY ... Ship it.
Whoever is in charge the big suite who gives you your directives and such needs to be fired cause you thought players were turned off last year when they left in droves in July to Early August. This year your like we will destroy things much faster this year -- BOOM -- there ya go -- have fun.
SDS -- I am being serious when I say get your BEEP together cause this is pathetic and I hate seeing what I thought was a fine company go down the drain so fast. It's time to take a time out and get this game back on course cause right now this game is the MLBSHOW Titanic and your minutes from hitting the iceberg where a majority of the players say -- enough I am out -- period.
