@akaice1974 i went to ‘the show’ website. At login page, where you choose how to login (show, PS, XBOX, Switch), i clicked ‘show’ icon. After that, the next page showed all the console icons. Next to each icon is ‘sign in’, a space for ‘code’ and ‘link’. Click ‘sign in’. The next page, for me, showed me selectable options. All my progress was under ‘the show’, while underneath it, PS5 was 0. I selected the one with the progress, asked me to confirm, and that worked. Hope I described this well enough

it’s an account issue i logged into mlb 23 and my team was wiped from there as well

@GlazedDonato then i wouldn’t do anymore, submit a ticket explaining this. Take a screenshot, you can add images to tickets. I did NOT see a reset warning. Im sorry man

If it accurately shows ur stubs and the one you were at then yes it won’t reset everything you lost just the new account that was created when everything was lost will be gone just gotta read it carefully **

No, do not do that lol. And absolutely do not give your info to anyone else. The wrong person could see what this and message you saying they will help you, then steal your info.
I understand your frustration, i would be enraged. As hard as it is, the best thing to do is submit a ticket, and wait it out, try to focus on something else. -

Because all my stubs reset to 0 and my Diamond Dynasty reset to the beginning where I have to go through the tutorial again. I have no idea what happened. I’m really pissed.
