Bugs in RTTS

I've come across a couple of bugs on Xbox Series X. First one happens every single time I play, I start a game and finish it then when I start the next game my controller stops working (won't move the player or swing/bunt) and I have to sim to end and back out to the clubhouse. Note: controller works for everything else except gameplay(I can pause and scroll to all the menu options including sim). The 2nd bug causes my game to crash, whenever Im playing and I get a dynamic challenge the game will not allow me to hold A to choose one then shortly after it causes the game to freeze and I have to close the game. Anyone else having these issues?
